A Modern Italian Hotel
Tintoretto is an awesome modern Italian hotel that improves upon the many shortcomings of classic Italian hotels. First, the customer service is excellent, which definitely is an improvement over the poor service at classic Italian and European hotels. This excellent customer service is mostly achieved by having a self service, buffet style restaurant, so it's impossible to get a rude waiter like at other hotels. The service by the staff in the snack area, by the chefs in the restaurant, and by the child care is also awesome. Second, the food is excellent with a huge selection. At every meal, there are at least four different pizzas, a grill with four different selections, a pasta station with three types of fancy pasta and three types of basic pasta, a large appetizer section, and a desert section with four different pies/cakes, fruit, and ice cream. You don't have to rush to be at the restaurant when the meal begins to avoid running out of food because they constantly replenish all of the food until meal time is over. I actually recommend getting to the restaurant 1 hour into the meal service because that is when the grill is at full service with the best options. Third, Tintoretto provides unlimited beer, sodas, natural juice, frizzante water, and natural water throughout the day. Tintoretto also provides unlimited red and white wine at meals. Fourth, the booking of your hotel room at Tintoretto is so streamlines, it leaves no room for misunderstandings. When you book your room, Tintoretto provides pictures and details of the exact room you are booking, so you know the exact size of your room and bathroom. In classic Italian hotels, you have no idea what size room you're getting. In classic Italian hotels, you might book a room for a family of four but receive a room that could barely fit 1 person (this has happened to me and friends of mine many, many times). But, this horrible service cannot happen at Tintoretto because you know exactly what you are booking. Finally, Tintoretto provides free bicycles and strollers and a bounce house. Basically, my family loved this hotel; we had a great time. Definitely, will never go back to the classic Italian hotel.
