- Is the Club Family Tintoretto a hotel or a residential hotel? We are a family hotel with an All Inclusive formula which includes an open bar and a beach. The structure offers both family rooms and two-bedrooms apartments with maid service twice a day.
- Is there a parking lot available?Yes, there is an unsupervised parking lot available outside the building, with one parking space per housing unit guaranteed. We also have a garage, with limited parking spaces that must be reserved. The cost is EUR 10 per day.
- How far is the beach? The beach is just 150 metres away on foot through the pine forest.
- Is there is a baby food corner? Yes, there is a corner with vegetable broths, soups, oil and parmesan cheese at the buffet so you can cook your own baby food. In addition, baby cutlery, small plates, and high chairs are also available.
- Is there a kitchen for gluten intolerant people? There is no specialised and certified kitchen for people with coeliac disease. You can set up the kitchen in the flat, making you independent in preparing your meals, or use the corner available for children. We have packaged products on the breakfast buffet. You can inform the maître of your needs and we will give you all the support we can. However, we cannot guarantee that there will be no contamination.
- What can little kids under the age of 4 who do not participate in the mini club do?Your toddler can participate in the activities of the Nanny School. Two specialised nannies look after children aged 8 months to 4 years from Monday to Friday, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. in a soft and colourful area. Reservations are required.
- If my kid gets sick, what can I do?No fear! From Monday to Friday, a paediatrician is present at the hotel at set times, free of charge. Out of hours, one can go to the doctor's office, which is only 1 km away.
- Is there a washing machine I can use?A washing machine and dryer are located on the ground floor, and they can be used for washing children's clothes. Detergent and fabric softener are included. Free service.
- Does Reception have opening hours?At the reception you will always find our staff ready to welcome you and help you with all your needs, 24/7.
- How can I confirm the offer?To confirm, you must choose which offer you wish to book. Select the desired payment option and click on 'BOOK THIS OFFER', then follow the instructions.
- What happens in the event of cancellation? Cancellation after payment of the full amount:
- if the cancellation is made 15 days before the arrival date, we will refund the full amount paid.
- if the cancellation is made less than 15 days before the arrival date, we will retain an amount between 350 and 700 euros, proportional to the total amount of your stay.

- if the cancellation is made less than 15 days before the arrival date, we will retain the advance payment. - What is the mini-club’s target age? The Mini-club involves children from 4 years old. Younger children can participate in activities if there is the presence of an adult. The junior club is aimed at children up to 17 years.
- What equipment does the hotel provide for the little ones? On request, the room can be set up with: baby bath, side rails, changing table, toilet reducer, high chair and bottle warmer. To visit Pinarella of Cervia in comfort, we have strollers and bicycles with child seats. If you want a stroller for your exclusive use or one suitable for very young children, our advice is to bring your personal one as the Hotel may not always have one available.
